You know teleseminars can bring in leads for your business. Teleseminars can establish your expertise quickly and easily. Customers can be updated about new products and services through teleseminars. You can repurpose the content from teleseminars and use for reports, articles, white papers, and even new information products. Training programs can be delivered by teleseminar.

So why are you avoiding setting the date and time for your teleseminar? Here are some of the top reasons I've heard:

I'll sound stupid and won't know what to say.

What if no one calls in and I'm by myself?

I'm not mechanical/technical. I won't be able to do it.

There's no money in my budget for teleseminars.

Who do I know who would want to be interviewed? I'm not somebody important

I've never done it before.

Don't have the time to prepare.

My business couldn't be promoted with teleseminars.

????

What are some reasons you've heard people use to avoid holding a teleseminar? Share the reasons you've heard or if you've stopped, please share.

Writers call it finding your voice. Interior designers describe it as personal style. While some coaches call it being real.

When you have a teleseminar, either as the host or the person being interviewed, concentrate on being yourself. You, the person in the mirror will always be there.

I hear some people say, "No one is going to like me." Hating to sound like the Mom, I let them know that's not totally true. Yes, some people won't like you, others won't buy from you. But trying to be someone you aren't will not work long term.

It's difficult to remember who you are pretending to be when you are being interviewed or the host. Things, circumstances happen which can't be rehearsed. Then what do you do?

Media training is helpful, but as you have seen in this US presidential year, it only goes so far. Then the 'real' person comes out. Credibility is gone or greatly decreased.

But if you have a message you believe in, a marketable product, and are willing to talk, then you will find people who want to listen to what you are saying. These people will listen to you, because a part of your message will connect with them. When these people listening hear you and your message, they start to know and like you.

So why is this important on a teleseminar? People listen to your voice, your message and how you come across as a person.

Listeners can tell from your voice, your tone, your words if you believe in what you are saying and selling.

So why not be yourself?

Helping you connect, educate and sell with the speed of sound,

Having a successful teleseminar is like following a recipe. Include all the ingredients and it comes out fine. Skip an ingredient and it doesn't. And you end up frustrated and wasting time.

You can learn how to have a teleseminar by taking Alex Mandossian's Teleseminar Secrets. An 8-week learning intensive Teleseminar Secrets covers the basics of what to include in your teleseminar, how to promote it, and then how to use it as a selling platform.

Because that's what it's all about. You want to convert interested prospects or leads into customers. After all customers are the lifeblood of your business.

As a graduate of the course I know first hand how a teleseminar can sell more books, increase leads and generate more revenue for your bottom line.

I've seen people use teleseminars as part of driving their book to the best seller list. I've heard people generate qualified leads that turn into clients for their practice. And I know teleseminars can add to the bottom line.

Alex Mandossian And Teleseminars Bottomline Focus: Conversion Counts

Alex Mandossian believes in over delivering and this course truly does. In addition to the weekly class you are offered an opportunity to ask questions in a second call each week moderated by one of Alex’s personally trained coaches.

You want to convert interested prospects or leads into customers. After all customers are the lifeblood of your business.

Alex comes from the direct marketing world of infomercials and direct mail. In the direct marketing world things are not measured by pretty but by results. Alex's teaching program is all about results. What happens to your bottom line? You'll get to tools to make it happen.

Is it magic? No, but Teleseminar Secrets is a tested and proven strategy. The knowledge is given. It's up to the person to put it into action.

So What’s Included?
There are 8 modules that build from the basics of promotion through designing your content and getting people to show up. And Alex is about sales. He shows you how to take teleseminars and turn them into sales tools for your practice or business.

Each Of The 8 Sessions Is Sequential Building Block In Your Teleseminar Knowledge:

Tele-Promotion Strategies ~ “How to Win More Sales at the Speed of Sound”

List Building Strategies – “How to Build a Highly Responsive Online Database”

Registration Strategies – “How to Persuade More Tele-Prospects to Sign-Up”

Attendance Strategies – “How to Inspire More Tele-Registrants to Show-Up”

Curriculum Strategies – “How to Consistently Craft Tele-Content that Sells”

Joint Venture Strategies – “How to Prosper by Interviewing Industry Experts”

Selling Strategies – “How to Motivate Your Listeners to Buy On-Command”

Outsourcing Strategies – “How to Offload Busy Work to Reliable Vendors”

How Does It Work?

Each session is scheduled for two hours but Alex won’t get off the line till all questions are answered.

The learning is reinforced with an additional question and answer session each week handled by a coach Alex has personally trained. Believe me, you'll think of all sorts of questions as to how you can implement teleseminars in your business.

And that call doesn’t end until all your questions are answered. The question and answer call is more of a group coaching call. You ask the question and you get answers.

Finally each and every call is downloaded and placed in the members’ area where you can listen time and again. I know each time I listen I pick up another point or tip I can use to improve my business. Another big plus you can take the course over and over again. As an alumnus I can return to the course each time without charge. I can also send my web designer, partner or spouse at no additional charge.

The Alex Difference: Overdelivery
In addition to the sessions you'll receive a preloaded mp3 player with Alex’s best teleseminars you’ll not only have the opportunity to learn but also you can study the teleseminar presentation techniques of the man who has presented over a thousand teleseminars.

His students and guests include: Donald Trump, Zig Ziglar, Stephen Covey, Harv Eker, Vic Conant, Joe Vitale, Joe Polish, Mark Victor Hansen, Les Brown, Brian Tracy, Harvey Mackay, Robert Allen, Michael Gerber, David Bach, Robert Cialdini, Bob Proctor, Barbara DeAngelis, Armand Morin, Scott Martineau, Steve Harrison, Kenneth Blanchard, David Allen, Ted Thomas, David Bach, Tom Antion, Jay Abraham and many more.

Bonus Material Makes It Easy To Get Started
In addition, Alex provides email templates so you can cut and paste your information to promote your teleseminar. Simply cut, paste and then email using an autoresponder.

Other bonuses such as Alex’s rolodex of people and companies to use for hosting, designing, transcribing save your time and effort when you are ready to launch your teleseminar.

The resources are easily reachable. It’s great especially when you are starting out to have every resource tested for you. That convenience gives you the time to spend on your content development not trying to find vendors.

If you want to connect, educate and sell with teleseminars to promote and build your business, then Alex Mandossian is the resource for you.

Get ready to promote and profit with teleseminars by going to www.teleseminarpromotions.net now. Time is running out as the course starts in less than one week.

Helping you connect, educate and sell with the speed of sound,

Encouraging people to attend your teleseminar is more than just issuing an invitation. In today’s busy time crunched world people need a reason to attend and reminders. It’s about capturing their attention and then staying in their awareness. Here are some things you want to consider.

Give adequate notice for people to add you to their calendar. For a 60 minute teleseminar all you need is anywhere between three to seven days. This gives people the opportunity to put you on their calendar without the time to forget.

Have an interesting invitation. Give them a reason to attend. Much like an interesting or attractive party invitation can attract attention, copywriting can provide the extra oomph for people to register and attend your teleclass. Don’t put people to sleep. If your copywriting is boring people may pass over your offer to register.

An invitation is not an announcement. You need to do more than state the “who, what, when, where and why” of your teleseminar. Include a call to action. Gently tell them what you want them to do. Whether it’s “Pick up the phone to register now,” or “Click here” tell the people what you want them to do.

Make it easy to say “Yes”. If you require people to give you their life history to sign up, rethink your registration. What is the minimal information you need? Name, email and phone? For example, remember a time when you wanted to ask someone out on a first date . When asking them did you ask their life history, bank balance and how many children they wanted? Hopefully not.

Test your system. Using another email address and test drive the registration process. Does it work?

Send out reminders. Using a follow-up system will increase the number of your attendees. Having an automated email reminder system can boost your attendance. When people’s lives get busy, you vanish from their top of mind awareness. Then your teleseminar time passes without the person remembering to call in.

Use an autoresponder system to streamline your registration and reminder process. An autoresponder lets you pre-program invitations, confirmation registration emails, and reminders. Weeks even months before your teleseminar, preload the emails so they are ready to go. AWeber is the follow-up system I use. It has a good email delivery rate.

Include call in information in all of follow up emails. Don’t make it hard or frustrating to find out the number to call and password needed to access the call. Not everybody is organized enough to put the teleseminar time and phone on the calendar. Make it easy to remember to attend by including the phone number and password or conference id.

Give people the road map for attending your teleseminar. To get people calling in to your teleseminar you need to guide them each step of the way. Follow these tips and you’ll have more people listening in.

Helping you connect, educate and sell with the speed of sound,

Holding your own teleseminar is easy. All you need is a bridge line, a great topic that people want to listen to, and a way of promoting so people will get on the line. Having a teleseminar can extend your reach beyond your physical location. You can have global reach developing relationships and clients worldwide.

How Easy?

Step 1 You can set up a bridge line.

A bridge line is a specialized conference call system where hundreds of people can call into the same number at the same time.

There are so many options available, both free and paid. Two free options are FreeConferenceCall.com and TheBasementVentures.com .

Free Conference Call lets you have 96 people on the line, while The Basement Ventures will let you have up to 250 people. The advantage of these services is the price. The negatives include people who call in having to pay long distance charges, variable sound quality and rare bumps off the line.

Basement Ventures is one service I use when I want live participation. It has a control panel that lets me see who has a question. The person virtually raises their hand. I can unmute individual lines. You can record the call and download it or allow people to go for a replay. It has service that allows you to have up to 250 callers. It’s free.

Free Conference call lets you record and replay your calls. It doesn’t have the control panel for questions.

Both services are reasonably reliable. I say reasonably as on busy nights especially Tuesday and Thursday, occassionally calls will be dropped as bridgelines systems overwhelm. It’s only happen to me a couple of times, and everyone was able to get back on within 10 minutes. It just meant a lot of the selling momentum was lost though during the process.

At the present time I use Instant Teleseminar by Xiosoft. It has 200 phone lines and 2000 line capacity online with IM(instant messaging capability) so people can ask questions instantly during the teleconference. It’s $47/month for unlimited use.

The advantage is people from all over the world can use their computer for the webinar connection so people can make a choice whether or not they want to pay for phone access (long distance charges).

The call is recorded for you and you only have to go to the web page to hear the back up.

Instant Teleseminar does not have the control panel so you can’t use the raise hands function if you want to do a Q and A session. It does partially make up for it by having a question submission form which you can use before or during the teleseminar. The cost is less than a small cup of coffee at Starbucks only $1.57 a day.

Step 2 Find A Great Topic
You are an expert in your field. What do you know that you can share with people? What would they pay money or spend time to learn?

People will not give up their valuable time to hear you do a live commercial. How can you create value for your audience? How can your educate them? People go on a teleseminar to learn more about a particular topic or product. What can you deliver?

Cover a subject you know well. Or find an expert you can interview. You don’t have to be the ultimate expert on a topic. Having a guest can take off some of the pressure especially when you are first starting.

Step 3 Find people to attend your teleseminar.
Growing a business or developing a practice is all about developing a prospect or lead list and then turning the leads into customers. You can find people to attend your teleseminar in a variety of ways.

You can joint venture with people who have complimentary client lists.

You can promote to your existing client list and ask them for referrals.

Using online methods you can promote your teleseminar with your blog

You can pay for web traffic through PPC or other methods.

You can drive traffic by using social networking sites.

Sit down with your calendar, pad of paper, and pencil. Put in a date on your calendar with the time you want to hold your teleseminar.

Ok now go through the 3 steps and fill in the blanks. You've started on your 3 step teleseminar success plan. Congradulations.
