Multi-use Marketing With Teleseminars

If you are a salesperson, speaker, coach, or a professional where you make your money by talking: teleseminars are a beautifully wrapped marketing gift.  Even if don't have the gift of gab, you can use teleseminars in a variety of ways to market your business. The value of the teleseminar for the business owner or professional is the ability to use the content again and again and again.  This doesn't mean you just repeat the same material over. It just means each teleseminar you do has the potential for being more than just one teleseminar by itself.

How You Ask?
When you host or present a teleseminar you are providing quality information. Right? Consider recording your teleconference and you can offer an mp3 download of the material. Say you did a teleseminar and the participants were thrilled and you were too. It sounded great, the content was fantastic. One of those days when everything just clicked.

It doesn't have to end there.  Was the teleseminar was absolutely amazing in the content and information you offered?  Or maybe it was the guest you interviewed.  Reuse the teleseminar.  You could have the interview copied onto a cd and then use it as a lead generation tool.  Or post it on your website or blog.

Develop An Alternate Revenue Stream
Or you could even sell it. Sell it? Yes, sell it.  People are looking for information online everyday. If your teleseminar delivered outstanding information, and there is a market for that information then you could sell the recordings.

But say you want other options. You could have the audio conference transcribed and sell or give  the transcription to people on your call. Some people like to be able to read the information they heard. Seeing the words reinforces the information  they heard.

Learning Styles For Different Folks
Learning styles vary by person. Some people learn best by hearing, others by seeing and still others by experiencing or doing.  so offer multiple alternatives for prospects and customers.

Some Additional Uses For Your Teleseminar
Say you don’t want to sell the transcribed teleseminar as a report. You could use sections of  the transcription as articles. You could polishthe sections and smooth them into the articles. You could then offer the articles as reprints available to your clients. Or you could add them to a newsletter either online or offline.

You could take the key points from the teleseminar transcripts and put them into a news release format. You can send the news release to a reporter at your local paper or news station.

Now sit back for a moment. Is there another audience you could reach with your teleseminar?  Could you repackage your information for a related audience? This can increase your prospecting reach with less time and effort. And if you decide to sell the teleseminar and with  the resulting “products” you can increase your revenue.

Consider what one teleseminar can grow into…

Helping you connect, educate and sell with the speed of sound,
